This and That of Your Pregnancy and Before Birth

The show

Do expect "the show"; This will happen in preparation for your child birth, its the indicator of the birth process.

What happens is the seal in your cervix that has been protecting your baby throughout your pregnancy comes out.

Once this comes out it means the baby is soon to follow. When it happens you will notice a pink or reddish stain on your underwear or panty liner, this is because the mucus plug has come out.

Heartburn

Heartburn amongst pregnant women is popular, also called acid indigestion. HIV Moms Give Birth to Negative Babies

Doctors say the heartburn during pregnancy is caused by some of the hormonal and physical changes in your body and also because the baby is taking most of the space in the womb.

Heartburn is likely to occur in your third trimester, even in your second but most women experience it during the third term.

What happens is when your growing uterus presses on your stomach, this pushes food back up into the esophagus. We recommend that you should avoid certain foods and start eating smaller meals.

Pushing

Maybe you might have thought about this or heard people mentioning it. Yes during your pushing stage you may urinate or the other one (number 2).

This is most likely to happen during the second stage of delivery, and the there is nothing you can do about it. Its natural.

Bleeding

Bleeding when pregnant is associate with miscarriage. Sometimes its not like that, when you bleed and experiencing heavy cramps, then you need to be worried.

But during the first trimester of your pregnancy you might experience some bleeding. But we urge that you immediately consult you caregiver or doctor about any bleeding that may occur during your pregnancy.

Cramps like menstruation pains

Many women I have talked to experience these type of cramps during their first months of pregnancy. Most happen on the second month, that is when they can be overwhelming.

But notice that they shouldn't be consistent, if you do feel that they are becoming unbearable please do consult with a doctor.
