Baby Shower List | Getting Baby Shower Gift Made Easy

A month ago my friend was having a surprise baby shower and there was no baby gift list issued to the guests. Now you can imagine going to every baby shop to try and find something unique and lovely for the baby.

The fact that its a baby girl or boy doesn't help much, because if its a girl every one will buy pink clothes and if its boy every one will want to buy that cute blue baby suite. Or the worse thing that could happen is that the mommy can end up with 2 same sets of pink baby clothes for their baby.

Now what I did was not acceptable (please don't do this) I didn't buy my friend a baby shower gift. Instead I waited after the baby shower, when everyone has bought their baby gifts. Because by then I knew what the mommy had and didn't have.

Please don't do this to your family members or friends. To avoid this I have drafted a baby shower list for you. Sometimes people don't know what to buy, they will buy anything that has the baby stigma attached to it. And to avoid mommy having 3 sets of the same blue baby clothes, the baby experts invented a baby shower wish list.

A baby shower list is easy and gives people less confusion when looking to buy something for the baby shower gift. And it can be tricky if you are doing a surprise baby shower too.

But the best way to do this, is to get mommy and daddy during the early stages of the pregnancy to draft baby shower wish list and give it to the host. Or daddy should trick the mommy into creating a baby wish list, as if it was just for him to know what they will "roughly need". I think its also a way for daddy to show some love and support for the baby.

Or you can get a closer family member to sneak out the baby gift ideas from the mother. It can be a hard thing to do, but it will surely save all of us time and will surely save the mother same double baby gifts and things she doesn't need.

The other worse thing that can happen is having to buy things that the mother has already bought for the baby. Yes it has happen in a lot of instances, but the good part of it. Is if you have bought from a friendly store, the mother can always exchange the baby gift for something she doesn't have or needs.

Advice to mommy for the baby shower gifts

Mommy and daddy shouldn't expect that friends and family should but everything for her and baby. Sometimes people who are invited to the baby shower only buy for the baby and not for mommy.

Mommy and daddy should also buy the baby staff, because you might, infect not even might, but will find that the baby shower guests have bought only a number of things for the baby. Most people have a tendency of buying baby clothes, shoes, socks and receiving blankets "people love buying receiving blankets". I also do, because I ounce bought! I will never again, cause my poor cousin ended up with a countless receiving blankets for her baby. And everyone kept on saying use this one when you go to the hospital.

All we are saying is don't depend on the baby shower gifts, buy yourself something, because sometimes people will not buy the baby courts, the baby cupboard, decorations for the baby rooms. And something that people sometimes forget to get a as a baby shower gift is baby cosmetics.

This clearly means be prepared for the baby.
